What Is cortolifes.com's Return & Exchange Policy?
All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging within 15 days from the delivered date. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Swimsuits cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on earrings, lingerie, underwear, swimwear, unless the items are visibly defective.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us upfront.

How Long Does It Take to Get My Refund or Requested Item(s)?
After receiving your returned package, we will issue the refund to your original payment account within a week or ship out an exchange order within 3 days accordingly.

What Should I Do If an Item Is Missing From My Order?
charminging.com products are shipped from different warehouses and in some cases we may have to split your order so that you can receive some of your items faster.

Please rest assured, if the item is missing, we will resend it for free only if you paid for the shipping insurance.

What Is cortolifes.com Order Cancellation Policy?
We offer full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from Contact Us once you decide to cancel your order.

For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if your order has been shipped.
